Routing Faxes to Another FACSys User

When you route a fax to another FACSys user, the ownership of the fax changes. After you route a fax, the fax item is removed from your FACSys folder—the routed fax belongs to the user to whom you sent the fax.
      
NOTE: You cannot route a fax that has been received with errors.
   
To route a fax to another FACSys user:
      

1.	Highlight the fax you want to route.

2.	From the the toolbar, select Route. FACSys displays a list of current FACSys users in the server farm..

3.	Place a checkmark beside the names of the users you want to route the message to. You may select more than 1 user.

4.	Click Route to send the message to those users.
