When you route a fax to another FACSys user, the ownership of the fax changes. After you route a fax, the fax item is removed from your FACSys folder and the routed fax belongs to the user to whom it was sent.
NOTE: You cannot route a fax that has been received with errors.
To route a fax to another FACSys user:
| 1. | Place a checkmark in the box to the left of the fax you want to route. |
| 2. | From the toolbar, select Route. |
FACSys displays the Route Message(s) dialog box that lists all FACSys users on your current fax server farm. Place a check-mark next to the FACSys user(s) that you wish to route the fax to. Then click Route.
