Using Internet Explorer (other browsers are not supported), and starting the FACSys Enterprise Browser, users will be presented with the Logon Screen.
Enter your FACSys Username and password. Use the drop-down box to select the Server Farm you which to connect to. If you wish FACSys EB to remember your log information, check the box to the left of "Remember Login".
Press Login to connect to the Server Farm.
Next, you will be presented with fax messages that are in you Inbox. On the left hand side, there is a Folder Tree. On the right-hand side is the Detail Pane.
